What we collect
Micro Learn.in stores your learning progress — XP, streaks, completed lessons and spaced-repetition review schedules. If you play without signing in, this lives in your browser and under an anonymous random identifier on our server. If you sign in with Google, we additionally receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google, which we use to identify your account and display you on the leaderboard.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand which pages, courses and exercises learners use, including interest in upcoming courses. This involves cookies and collects usage data such as pages visited, approximate location, and device type, processed by Google under their own privacy policy. We use it only to decide what to build and improve — never to sell or share your data.
Cookies & local storage
We use browser local storage to keep your progress available offline and to remember preferences (like courses you've expressed interest in). Signing in sets authentication cookies via NextAuth. Google Analytics sets its own cookies as described above.
Third parties
Two third parties process data on our behalf: Google (sign-in via OAuth, analytics via Google Analytics) and our hosting provider, which stores the progress database. We do not sell your data, run ads, or share your information with anyone else.
Your data, your call
You can play entirely without an account. To have your account and progress data deleted, or to ask anything about this policy, email cksachdev@gmail.com and we'll take care of it.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we'll update this page and the date above. Continued use of Micro Learn.in after changes means you accept the updated policy.
